Please dump Obama.  He is nothing but a poll following political scum just like the rest of them.  Obama is just as much a snake as McCain in my book.

For Obama to vote Yes on the FISA bill it makes me sick. Our girl Hillary voted NO and stood up for what she believed in and stood up for the Constitution of the United States of America.  Congress and Senate bowed down to the almighty President George Walker Bush and Hillary said NO.

The left is angry and we should be.  We will be regretting not putting Hillary Clinton in his seat.
The leader who had the courage and balls to stand up and say no was not the Democratic nominee for president.  Senator John McCain did not even vote on the issue so he could flip flop and turn it around against Obama come debate time.

All I have to say is that I am begging for Hillary to somehow replace Obama as the Democratic nominee for president.  Why did the Democratic party have to screw up once again.  I am proud to now be an independent and will not be donating any money towards these backstabbing politicans in the future until they prove they are not neo-cons.

Talk about a mean, unconsumer friendly airline.  US Airways will go bankrupt soon we can only hope because they are the meanest airline there is in the skys right now.  We hope they learn a lesson… Do not make the consumers who pay you mad.

This week they announced that they will be taking away in-flight movies on domestic flights.  They claim that it will save them in fuel costs because the video systems supposedly add 500 pounds to a plane’s weight.  This is when it gets ridiculious.  Are they going to take the water off the plane next so the guests can sit there thirsty too?  Make everyone get NAKED so they can take another 500 pounds off the plane?

US Airways is a huge dissapointment to everyone.  They barely advertise and spend any money nor do any good for society.  If you have to pay more to fly to another airline then do so… Do not give US Airways any of your money.

My sister had a run in with US Airways who was flying to Oklahoma City to Los Angeles just before a trip to Europe.  The flight was non-stop and they changed the flight to stop in another city almost making her miss her flight on another airline to London.  So now she has to stop in another city changed from her original non-stop flight just so US Airways can save a few dollars.

US Airways and United I have a message for you.. Fuel costs are NOT going down.  They will not go down until we get natural gas out in cars more among other imported fuel alternatives.  Wake up and run your business better or you will soon fall.

There is a quick answer to who will replace the former host of NBC’s Meet the Press who recently passed away while at work…  Tim Russert is the only person who can replace himself according to NBC’s news chiefs.  This all said who are they going to use to try to get close to replacing him.

There are several people on the assumed list including Katie Couric, Brian Williams, Andrea Mitchell, and David Gregory.  It may take a few anchors to hold down the Meet the Press show at first.

One of the best replacements might just be Keith Olbermann.  He seems to do a lot of homework before his show and special commentaries and might learn to be tougher when it comes to interviews with more training.

The prospect of using Tom Brokaw to fill in for Tim Russert might be the best for now.  Tom Brokaw knows his politics and knows his country more than just about any journalist.  Hey, why not bring out Dan Rather and test him out for the position or would that bring too much controversy?

Tim Russert is a legend at NBC News and it will be a chore trying to find someone to fill his shoes.

Tomatoes are probably the only fruit or vegetable that every animal or insect seems to like.  You plant them in your yard and snakes, birds, and all types of bugs will go after your young red or green tomatoes.  The predators will not leave the tomatoes alone… even bacteria seems to want these antioxidants.

I was on a trip to Orlando and bought a sub from Subway on friday and asked for extra tomatoes.  Then this scare got worse and the media ran the tomato story all weekend long and even McDonald’s stopped putting tomatoes on hamburgers.  Wait?  McDonald’s doesn’t even put tomatoes on their Big Macs much less that small cherry you get on a salad there doesn’t count as a tomato.

You know its a scare when you see the FDA coming out with a list of possible suspects and you walk into Whole Foods and they are missing half their stock.  Whole foods got rid of the Roma tomatoes but kept the vine tomatoes and are offering refunds on previous purchases.  I can see the lines forming now of people with a receipt in one hand and a tomato in another.

I was served a tomato in my salad on my American Airlines flight on Monday - I might just die from that!  We know even the water on those flights might have some kind of bacteria or the claims of them finding feces and other remains in airplane water.  I think American uses bottled water unless they refill the bottles with what’s on board from the septic tanks.

Try and order a salsa lately?  Salsa and pico de gallo has been banned from most restaurants as well.  What is this world coming to when we cannot eat one of the healthiest fruits (or vegetable).

I still to this day do not know whether its tomatoe or tomato or if its a fruit or vegetable.  Everyone has different viewpoints but one think I know for sure is I have four tomato plants in my backyard and I plan to eat tomatoes whether the FDA tells me I can or not.

The racial tension is sparking up lately just as we head into mid-June. Spike Lee is criticizing Dirty Harry Clint Eastwood for not casting any blacks in his new movie. Eastwood who is know for saying things like “go ahead punk, make my day” told Spike Lee to shut his face and responded with a good reason for not casting any African-Americans in two World War II movies Eastwood filmed. His response said that the raising of the flag at Iwo Jima did not involve black soldiers.

Spike Lee calling Clint Eastwood an “angry old man” sounds pretty discriminatory to me. Who is really discriminating here? I am sure its just one of those fun publicity stunts from Spike Lee but who knows. I guess everyone will take sides against Eastwood citing this and saying he was for Hillary instead of Obama saying he is a racist.

Why is it that you can fight for the country and die at 18 years of age but when it comes to drinking you have to wait until you are 21?  Fort Bliss, TX which was one of the only army bases left ruled that you cannot drink if you are under 21.  They will not even allow passes over the Mexican border to Ciudad Juarez since it is 18 to drink in Mexico.

It makes no sense to me that most of the liquor laws across the country are so strict.  Soldiers should damn well be able to drink if they are allowed to go fight for our country and die for our country.  If they are not “developed” enough to make decisions such as drinking then they should not be carrying around guns in other countries.  The mentality for the 21 drinking age is wrong and should be changed to 18 if we are going to allow 18 yr olds to fight in wars.

One of the reasons the Texas Army base made the drinking age 21 was because we are not in peacetime anymore.  This is all the more reason they should be able to enjoy an alcoholic beverage.

Reward them with a well-deserved beer instead of taking away their privileges they should enjoy!

I remember when it was so uncool to not wear a seatbelt as a teenager.  I was sitting in a parked car in front of the grocery store with my seatbelt on with the car running waiting on my Dad to run inside and some kids walked by laughing at me hysterically because I had a seatbelt on.  Wearing seat belts is no laughing matter.

Not only will you get a ticket now for not wearing a seat belt but you will be risking your life for no need.  It really is hard to put one on soemtimes to goto the grocery store or some place nearby just because we are forgetful sometimes.  What happened to those sports cars that had those automatic seat belts.  I just loved those cars where you did not have to remember the top part but had to belt up the lap belt.

People can laugh at me all they want but wearing a seat belt is something I feel should be stressed more in highschool and middle school.  Some statistics came out this week stating that nearly 18% of younger drivers are still not wearing this protection in the car.  Belt use only increased 1% from 2006 to 2007 - they must be marketing this wrong.

What is even more saddening is that 68% of young drivers killed at nighttime are not wearing seat belts.  Something that can easily be prevented.  And please let’s all start wearing seat belts before they start passing more laws making more noises go off.  Buckle up!

These last few years we have seen Republicans in bathrooms, a blind govenor admitting to affairs in cheap hotels, cheerleaders going wild, and now we have a happy Santa.  I guess when you sit in Santa’s lap you may want to think twice of what is going on in his pants.  Ok, enough with the humor but this is kind of an oddball news story.

The newspaper story headline reads ‘Best Santa ever’ arrested in N.J. on Child Sex Charges.  I guess the war on Christmas has went to new highs now they are sending out Secret Santa’s or Private Santa’s as we shall call him.

He was found in dozen of raw child porn images (possibly from Thailand videos).  Wayne Nelson Corliss is the former Santa - I doubt he will get that gig anytime soon they may do a background check next time.  Federal Authorities claim he was producing child pornography and admitted to having sex with three 6-10 year old boys.

People who know Corliss are shocked and cannot understand how he could act one way in Thailand and another way in the U.S.  This just will really make Christmas more like Halloween when you are sitting through those photo shoots with Santa this year being paranoid about who is touching you or your kids.

Clowns always freaked me out anyway.  Not that I don’t like them but they scare me kind of like that Chuckey movie. I am just really freaked out because this guy really looks like Santa in this pic.

What ever happened to the Cable News Network you know the station called CNN that used to actually bring us the news.  They were the only news network on cable but of course now we have their sister Fox News which is not any better.

Fox News which is also known as the Bush Talking points network claims it is fair and balanced but its news people have to comment on everything.  Recently, CNN has became so bad that there is no Cable News Network to watch but MSNBC.   Well whenever MSNBC is not playing prison shows.

CNN, also known as the Anti-Immigration network, a topic they will not shut up about has an anchor for the Prime Headline News named Mike Galanos.  Mike Galanos interviews people and answers their questions with bias before they even get to open their mouth.

This is not news and certainly should not be called Prime news or Headline News.  Mike Galanos is nothing but an anchor who is judging others and showing bias and barely reading us the news and facts that we turn to CNN to hear.  CNN needs to stop with the tabloid heads and read us the news… maybe bring us more news and facts instead of the pork.
